Wear Your Faith Boldly (Without Saying a Word)
Can we be honest about something? A lot of us freeze up when it comes to sharing our faith. We're not preachers. We don't have seminary answers. We're scared of saying it wrong.
If that's you, this post is for you.
Romans 1:16 says, "I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes." Notice what has the power there. Not the delivery. Not the eloquence. The gospel itself.
That's why we say a shirt can be a ministry. It's not a replacement for a conversation — it's an invitation to one. You put on the Nailed It hat to run errands, and you've quietly told everyone you pass where you stand. No stumbling over words. No working up nerve. Just presence.
And here's what we've learned from years of doing this: people bring it up to YOU. There's something about a worn message that gives folks permission to ask questions they'd never ask otherwise. The cashier having a terrible day. The guy at the parts counter whose mama is sick. They see the shirt and something opens up.
When it happens, you don't need a sermon. "It means Jesus paid it all for me" is a complete testimony. Your story — even the messy parts, especially the messy parts — is the most convincing thing you own.
So wear it to the gym. Wear it to the game. Stick the decal on the truck. Let the shirt start it, and trust God with the rest.
You're more qualified than you think. You just need a conversation starter.
